just a guy,
It's very unusual for a complaint to be 'lost'. Telephone me and we can sort it out.

Mr Brown my complaint was not lost it is just being dragged out and was not responded to within the 15 days as stated in your guidelines. my point being is that unless l phoned to chase the matter up l would still be waiting.
Also mr brown l am still waiting for confirmation after asking for my complaint to go to stage 2 complaints, email was sent on the 12th october to your complaints dept,so far no confirmation?? and l have also asked to speak to you in the past and for yourself or another Director to attend our property via your complaints dept but to no avail.

Mr Brown,
after 83 days from the original complaint l have now received a letter refusing my complaint to go to stage 2, reason being to give one of your staff a chance to relook at my original complaint ??.
I have also been informed that my complaint regarding a letter sent stating rent arrears?? when no arrears existed is now being looked at as a fresh complaint!. this is so wrong on the basis that l have it in writing via email form cllr Anna Toon that the issues raised were in the hands of the Executive team dated 1st oct 08. please Mr Brown phone me so we can get to the bottom of this problem. Also l must say that l am completely dissapointed with the assurance via email given to me from my LIB DEM cllr and Prospective M.P.
